SuperFan x Dyme Lyfe $250 Gift Card Sweepstakes

1. Sponsor

The SuperFan x Dyme Lyfe $250 Gift Card Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by VIP Play, Inc., 8400 W. Sunset Rd., Suite 300, Las Vegas, NV 89113 ("Sponsor"), the operator of the SuperFan Studio character network. The prize is provided by Dyme Lyfe (dymelyfe.com) ("Dyme Lyfe"), the co-sponsor. The Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, the University of Tennessee, The Ohio State University, the University of Michigan, the University of Texas, the NCAA, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, or any other company. The SuperFan characters are AI creations of Sponsor.

2. Entry period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time on Monday, September 21, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on Monday, October 5, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's server is the official clock. Entries received before or after the Entry Period are not eligible.

3. Who can enter

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry (19 or older in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 or older in Mississippi). Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, Dyme Lyfe, Rightsyde Media, and their parent companies, affiliates, and advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their spouses) and household members of each, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. How to enter

During the Entry Period, visit any one of the four SuperFan entry pages listed below and submit a valid email address. That is a complete entry and is worth 1 entry. No purchase, payment, follow, like, share, or account is required.

After entering, you will be asked to finish your entry with two things. First, whether you are an alumnus or alumna of the school. This answer is required to complete the entry but does not change your number of entries. Second, a mobile phone number, which is optional. Providing a mobile phone number adds 10 entries, for a total of 11. You can enter without a phone number and your entry counts the same in every other way.

Limit one entrant per email address and one email address per person for the whole Sweepstakes. The four entry pages feed one drawing. Entering on more than one page, or with more than one email address, does not add entries; duplicate entries are collapsed to a single entrant holding the highest entry count on file. A phone number can carry the bonus entries for only one email address; a number already on file with another entry adds no entries, and where a number appears on more than one entry only the earliest entry keeps the bonus. Sponsor records a hashed form of the network address each entry comes from and may review entries that share one. Entries made with automated means, false information, or another person's email address or phone number are void. In a dispute over who entered, the entry belongs to the authorized account holder of the email address submitted.

5. Prize

One (1) prize: a $250 Dyme Lyfe digital gift card, redeemable at dymelyfe.com. Approximate retail value: $250. The gift card is subject to Dyme Lyfe's gift card terms, has no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash. The prize is not transferable and no substitution is allowed, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. The winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. Drawing and notification

On or about Tuesday, October 6, 2026, Sponsor will select one potential winner at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Each entry has the same chance; an entrant with 11 entries therefore has 11 times the chance of an entrant with 1. The drawing is conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions are final.

The potential winner will be notified by email, and by text message if a phone number was given, within two (2) days of the drawing. The potential winner must reply and confirm eligibility within five (5) days of the first notification. If a potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond in time, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, that entrant forfeits the prize and an alternate winner is selected from the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor may repeat this up to three times, after which the prize may go unawarded. The gift card will be sent to the winner's email address within seven (7) days of confirmation.

The winner's first name, last initial, and school will be announced on the SuperFan character accounts. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to that announcement and to Sponsor's and Dyme Lyfe's use of their first name, last initial, city, state, and school for publicity related to this Sweepstakes without further payment, except where prohibited by law.

7. Your information and marketing consent

By entering, you agree that Sponsor will share the information you submit (email address, and where given, phone number, alumni status, and the school page you entered on) with Dyme Lyfe, the co-sponsor, and that Sponsor and Dyme Lyfe may each send you marketing emails about SuperFan Studio, VIP Play, and Dyme Lyfe products and offers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not affect your entry.

If you choose to give a mobile phone number, you agree to receive text messages from or on behalf of Sponsor and Dyme Lyfe about this Sweepstakes and their offers, which may be sent using automated technology. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any message to stop, or HELP for help. Giving a phone number is optional, and you can enter and win without one.

8. General conditions

By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process, violates these rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike way. If the Sweepstakes cannot run as planned for any reason outside Sponsor's reasonable control, including fraud, technical failure, or a virus or bug affecting the entry pages, Sponsor may suspend, modify, or end the Sweepstakes and, if ended, award the prize by random drawing from the eligible entries received before the action was taken. Any attempt to deliberately damage the entry pages or undermine the Sweepstakes may violate criminal and civil law, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or garbled entries; for email or text messages that are not delivered; or for technical or human errors in the entry process, the drawing, or the notification of winners. Entrants are responsible for any charges from their own internet or wireless provider.

9. Release and limitation of liability

By entering, and to the extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Sponsor, Dyme Lyfe, Rightsyde Media, and each of their parents, affiliates, agencies, officers, directors, employees, and agents (the "Released Parties") from any claim, loss, or damage of any kind arising from your participation in the Sweepstakes or from the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize. The Released Parties make no warranty about the prize beyond what Dyme Lyfe's gift card terms provide. Under no circumstances will an entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and you waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, or damages beyond your actual out-of-pocket costs of entering, which for this Sweepstakes are none.

10. Disputes and governing law

These Official Rules and the Sweepstakes are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising from the Sweepstakes will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, in the state or federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. If any part of these rules is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

11. Winner list and rules request

For the name of the winner (first name, last initial, and state), available after Tuesday, October 6, 2026 and for 60 days after, or for a copy of these Official Rules, email support@vipplayapp.com with "SuperFan x Dyme Lyfe Sweepstakes" in the subject line, or write to Sponsor at the address in Section 1.
